Job description
MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Welder Fabricator in Phoenix, AZ. This position will include both work in the company shop/yard, along with occasional field servicing.
Compensation
- $25.00 to $55.00/hour based on skill level.
- 100% employer paid benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, heavy savings account, life and AD&D, disability, 401K retirement savings account.
- Wages are paid out weekly.
Schedule
- Day shift, 6AM start time, 10.5 hour work days + overtime.
- 10-on-4-off, 9-on-5-off, or 8-on-6-off rotation schedule.
Key Qualifications
- Experience with MIG, TIG, & ARC welding is mandatory.
- Knowledge of cutting and fabricating.
- Must know how to use a CNC Plasma Table.
- Good mechanical aptitude, and experience in the mining industry is beneficial.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver's license.
