• Contact form. When you contact us we ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, company, position, and any details you include in your message.
• Job applications. Applications are handled through Zoho Recruit. The information you submit there — including your resume and work history — is processed under Zoho's privacy policy as well as this one.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site). These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and interaction data to distinguish people from bots.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and connect candidates with employers — the core of our recruitment services.
• To operate, measure, and improve the website.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share candidate information with prospective employers only as part of the recruitment process you've engaged us for. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), HubSpot (marketing analytics), Zoho (applicant tracking), Webflow (website hosting). We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep contact and application information for as long as needed to provide recruitment services and meet legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

• Ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — reach us via the contact form.
• Block analytics cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
