We work on contingency: no up-front fees, and you are invoiced only after your new hire starts.

Renewable sites are remote, the work is at height or out in the weather, and the technicians who can do it safely do not stay on the market for long. We confirm climbing and safety certifications, the platforms a candidate has worked on and how far they are willing to travel before a resume reaches you.
Wind, solar and battery storage pull from different crews. An up-tower wind technician, a solar tech who can troubleshoot an inverter string and a BESS technician who is comfortable around high-voltage DC are three separate searches, and we run each one on its own terms.
